My name is Scott Nachatilo and I’m a professional real estate investor.  I have bought, sold, and leased real estate in the Oklahoma City area since 1996. 

 Back in 1996, I decided to start investing in real estate so that I could build enough passive income to leave my day job.  It’s always been my dream to have my own successful business.  I acheived that goal in 2003. 

In 2005, my wife Stefani and I published the book "Weekend Warriors Guide to Real Estate". 

Since then, I’ve teamed up with Robert Elder to establish Real Estate Wealth School.  I love the work we’ve done in helping our students from ground zero nothing to making offers and buying properties.
